DELTA’S INAUGURAL
FLIGHT TO SHANGHAI
April 15, 2008—ATLANTA, GEORGIA, UNITED STATES— Global EXEC Women magazine returned to China, this time in the seat pockets of Delta Air Lines’ inaugural flight from Atlanta to Shanghai on March 30. The magazine’s Winter 2008 cover featured Qiao Hong, the first female Consul General of the People's Republic of China in the United States, and included articles relevant to the region.
“Global EXEC Women magazine sprung from the need to highlight the influence of business women and female entrepreneurs in every corner of our world,” explained Virginia A. Bradley, Founder and Publisher of Global EXEC Women. “Featuring the magazine on this landmark flight was not only a great honor, it was also a perfect opportunity to spotlight the accomplishments of key executives and businesses in the region."
FOX5 Atlanta's coverage of the flight highlighted Global Exec Women magazine as well.
